KPI Green Energy Limited — Results, 06-05-2026: Financial Results Updates

KPI Green Energy has reported strong financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. Consolidated Q4 revenue reached ₹810 crore (up 40%), with PAT at ₹155 crore (up 46%). For the full year, revenue soared to ₹2742 crore (up 56%), and PAT hit ₹509 crore (up 57%). The board proposed a total dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share. Strategically, the company secured a ₹979 crore loan for a 150 MW wind project, entered utility-scale battery storage with a 445 MW / 890 MWh BESS project, and issued India's first ₹670 crore externally credit-enhanced green bond.
