Prima Industries has executed a Trust Deed to establish the "Prima Industries Ltd Employees’ Gratuity Trust." This trust aims to create a dedicated fund to provide gratuity benefits to eligible employees in line with applicable laws. The trust will operate jointly with ICICI Prudential Group Gratuity Scheme. The company will contribute to this trust periodically based on actuarial valuations. Two directors, Ms. Swati Gupta and Mr. Kushagra Gupta, who are part of the promoter group, have been appointed as Trustees in a fiduciary capacity to administer the Trust, ensuring employee welfare without impacting company management or control.
