This strategic move aims to expand Sunita Tools' presence in Aerospace, Automation, Capital Goods, and Defence sectors in the USA, aligning with its vision to become an international defence and aerospace products manufacturer. The acquisition cost is USD 419,000, with an initial payment of approximately 1.45 Cr INR already remitted. New Mold Innovations has capacity to produce 0.47 Cr grease cartridges, each selling at USD 3.2.
