SHREE CEMENT LIMITED — Board Meeting, 06-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shree Cement's board approved FY26 consolidated results, with revenue at ₹20,943.47 Cr and profit at ₹1,743.56 Cr. A final dividend of ₹70/share was proposed, bringing the total FY26 dividend to ₹150/share. The new Kodla cement plant has also been fully commissioned.
