Bharat Seats Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-05-2026: Record Date

Bharat Seats Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (75% on Rs.2/- face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. To be eligible for this dividend, shareholders must hold shares by the record date of July 17, 2026. The dividend payment is subject to shareholder approval at the 39th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for July 24, 2026.
