Shree Cement approved audited financial results for Q4 & FY26. Consolidated revenue hit ₹20,943.47 Cr, profit ₹1,748.66 Cr, EPS ₹483.24. Board proposed a final dividend of ₹70/share, adding to the ₹80/share interim dividend already paid. New Karnataka plant now fully operational.
