Apcotex Industries' board approved Q4 FY26 Net Profit of Rs 34.74 Cr (FY: Rs 101.41 Cr). A Rs 5.50/share final dividend was approved. The company will acquire 1.275% stake in Amplus Ampere for Rs 0.72 Cr for captive solar power and approved the continuation of Mr. Atul Choksey's directorship.
