Vedanta Limited — Credit Ratings, 06-05-2026: Credit Rating

Vedanta: ICRA assigns 'ICRA AA' rating to new Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), placing them on 'Watch Developing'. The long-term rating 'ICRA AA' (Watch Developing) and short-term rating 'ICRA A1+' are reaffirmed. ICRA also withdrew ratings for Rs 2,600 Cr NCDs due to a demerger transfer.
