Kansai Nerolac Paints' Board approved a Rs. 2.50/share (250%) dividend for FY26, lower than FY25's Rs. 3.75/share (375%, including special dividend). The 106th AGM was also approved. Dividend payable post-AGM to eligible shareholders.
