Spinaroo Commercial's Board approved Q4 & FY26 financial results. It approved seeking shareholder approval to increase loan/investment limits to Rs. 6 Cr. Also, approved investing up to Rs. 2 Cr in Spino Poly Products at Rs. 59.02/share and holding its AGM on May 30.
