Brigade Enterprises' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results, showing profit at Rs 724.76 Cr and revenue at Rs 5,697.22 Cr. The company also proposed a Rs 2/share dividend and a 1:3 bonus issue, besides raising authorized capital from Rs 250 Cr to Rs 400 Cr.
