Sula Vineyards reported Q4 FY26 revenue up 7% year-over-year (YoY) to 142.6 Cr, signaling a return to growth. Own Brands revenue rose 5.4% to 115.4 Cr, driven by a strong 10.6% YoY growth in Elite & Premium wines, which now represent 79% of the portfolio. Wine Tourism continued its robust performance, increasing 17.5% to 23.9 Cr, with its full-year revenue exceeding 100 Cr for the first time.

Profitability saw a decline, with Gross Profit down 3% to 100.8 Cr and PAT at 8.6 Cr (-34% YoY), primarily due to higher blended grape costs and a one-off gain in the prior year. Management highlighted improving market conditions and effective cost control measures.

Strategic focus areas include expanding market penetration with new product launches like 'The Source Grenache Red,' broadening the reach of 'The Source' and 'RASA' brands, and growing the thriving Wine Tourism and D2C business. Recent developments include the launch of its third resort, The Haven (50 keys), and an agreement to acquire Chandon's 19-acre estate to further bolster its wine tourism footprint. The company aims for accelerated earnings growth and improved margins from FY26 to FY29.
