R Systems announced Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹574.77 Cr and net profit of ₹65.41 Cr. The board also approved allotting 5.16 million special shares (worth ₹240.70 Cr) for the Velotio merger and appointed Piyush Jain as the new Company Secretary.
