R Systems allotted 5.16 million Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) of Re. 1 each to Velotio Technologies shareholders as part of a merger scheme. This deal accounts for Rs. 240.7 Cr in value from the amalgamation.
