Bajaj Auto reported record FY26 Revenue ₹58,732 Cr (+17% YoY) & PAT ₹9,825 Cr (+21% YoY). Q4 also saw record Revenue ₹16,006 Cr (+32%) & PAT ₹2,746 Cr (+34%). Board approved ₹150/share dividend and a share buyback. KTM AG stake increased to 74.9% via subsidiary acquisition.
