ITC finalized the amalgamation of Sresta Natural Bioproducts and Wimco Limited. Effective June 1, these entities dissolve, and Sresta's subsidiaries (Sresta Global FZE & Fyve Elements LLC) become direct wholly-owned subsidiaries of ITC. This move simplifies ITC's corporate structure.
