Craftsman Automation's board approved audited consolidated Q4 & FY26 results. Q4 Revenue at ₹2,226 Cr, PAT ₹116 Cr. FY26 Revenue ₹8,069 Cr, PAT ₹384 Cr. Proposed ₹11.25/share final dividend. Also approved a scheme to merge DR Axion India into Sunbeam Lightweighting.
