Bharat Forge's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹4,528 Cr (Q4) / ₹16,812 Cr (FY26), Profit at ₹293 Cr (Q4) / ₹886 Cr (FY26). It also proposed a ₹6.50 final dividend per share and re-appointed Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram as Director.
