Harsha Engineers' board approved FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,626.79 Cr and PAT of ₹155.20 Cr. The board also proposed a ₹1.5/share dividend, an ESOP scheme for 18 lakh options, and endorsed M/s Mukesh M. Shah & Co. as new statutory auditor.
