Bharat Forge's Board approved consolidated FY26 financial results: Revenue at ₹16,811.65 Cr and Profit at ₹1,667.11 Cr. The Board also proposed a final dividend of ₹6.50 per share (325%). Additionally, Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram was re-appointed as Non-Executive Director.
