Harsha Engineers' board approved consolidated financial results for FY26: Revenue ₹1,626.79 Cr, PAT ₹155.20 Cr. A final dividend of ₹1.5/share was proposed. Also approved an ESOP 2026 plan for 18 lakh shares and proposed M/s Mukesh M. Shah & Co as new Statutory Auditor.
