Craftsman Automation's board greenlit annual & Q4 results: FY26 consolidated profit hit ₹38.40 Cr, Q4 at ₹11.64 Cr. A final dividend of ₹11.25/share was proposed. Directors were re-appointed, and a major subsidiary completed a ₹145.85 Cr acquisition. An amalgamation scheme also received approval.
