Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has executed definitive Shareholders and Share Purchase and Subscription Agreements for acquiring Associated Power Structures Private Limited. This strategic move will result in Waaree Renewable Technologies holding a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures on a fully diluted basis, making it a subsidiary. The total investment for this acquisition is Rs. 1,225 Cr. While initially planned for earlier completion, the acquisition process, involving both existing share transfers and new share issuance, is now expected to finalize by June 15.
