Harsha Engineers' board approved FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,626.79 Cr & PAT of Rs 155.20 Cr. The board proposes a final dividend of Rs 1.50/share and an ESOP scheme for 0.18 Cr options. It also approved a new Statutory Auditor and re-appointed four Independent Directors.
