Craftsman Automation's board approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹8,069.27 Cr, profit to ₹383.99 Cr. A final dividend of ₹11.25 per share was announced. Key leadership re-appointments and a senior management appointment were also approved.
