Globus Spirits Board approved full-year consolidated financial results: Revenue at Rs 3,612.78 Cr and Net Profit at Rs 91.05 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 6.53/share. 12,373 ESOP shares were allotted, increasing paid-up capital to Rs 29.08 Cr. M/s SCV & Co., LLP was appointed Internal Auditor.
