Jungle Camps India Ltd — Important, 07-05-2026: Company Update

Jungle Camps India's board has approved significant project updates. For the Mathura hotel, a new contractor, Moonwalk Infraprojects, will undertake civil works after prior contractor failures. The Mathura project size is also expanding from 60 to 105 rooms, increasing the total cost from 32.50 Cr to 49.00 Cr, funded by increased internal accruals and new debt. Additionally, 7.00 Cr IPO funds originally for the delayed Parsili project will now develop the Sheopur Fort Heritage Hotel, a 60-room luxury property. The board also approved increasing the company's overall borrowing limit to 70.00 Cr to fund these expansions.
