Sonata Software Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 07-05-2026: Dividend

Sonata Software's Board has announced a final dividend of Rs 4.15 per equity share (415% on Re 1 par value) for FY26. This dividend is proposed, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the payment will be processed within 30 days from the AGM date.
