SDC Techmedia Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Vasudevan Sridharan has concluded his second term as an Independent Director and has stepped down, effective April 21, 2026. He is no longer a member of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. Concurrently, the Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Kanchan Jhawar as an Additional Independent Director, effective May 07, 2026. Her five-year term is subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Jhawar brings 11 years of experience in corporate law and finance as a qualified Company Secretary, strengthening the board's expertise.
