Achyut Healthcare has received listing approval from BSE for 5.8 crore equity shares. These shares, with a face value of Re.1 and issued at Rs.6 each, were allotted to promoters and non-promoters on a preferential basis. This approval clears the path for these new shares to be dealt with on the exchange. Trading approval will be granted once certain procedural confirmations, such as crediting shares to beneficiary accounts, are completed.
