Savita Oil Technologies Limited — Updates, 07-05-2026: Scheme of Arrangement

Savita Oil (SOTL) will amalgamate its wholly-owned subsidiary, Savita GreenTec (SGL), effective April 1, 2026. This streamlines operations, combines synergies, and enhances shareholder value. No new SOTL shares will be issued. SOTL's 850 Cr optionally convertible debentures in SGL will be cancelled.
