EFC (I) Limited has established two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, EFC Estate Marisoft 3 Private Limited and EFC Estate Marisoft 4 Private Limited. Both entities will operate in the real estate as a service sector. Their primary purpose is to hold and acquire specific properties in Pune through a demerger from an existing wholly-owned subsidiary, EFC Limited. This strategic move aims to streamline the company's real estate asset management and operational structure. EFC (I) Limited holds 100% ownership in each new subsidiary, with an investment of Rs. 1,000 for each.
