Thyrocare Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 07-05-2026: Dividend

Thyrocare's board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share for FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. This brings the total dividend for FY26 to Rs. 9.33 per share (post bonus adjustment), including the interim dividend already paid. Payment will follow within 30 days of AGM approval; record date details are awaited. The company also approved an investment of up to Rs. 5.50 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Think Health Diagnostics. Additionally, Mr. Rahul Franklin Guha was re-appointed as Chairman, MD & CEO for five years.
