Vijaya Diagnostics board approved Q4 & FY consolidated results and proposed a ₹2/share final dividend. It granted 1.79 lakh ESOPs at ₹784/option (~₹14.07 Cr) and acquired the MRI, EEG & NCV Services business from its wholly-owned subsidiary for ~₹4.20 Cr. Independent Director Dr. Reddy will not seek re-appointment.
