Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 07-05-2026: Dividend

Manaksia Aluminium has announced a final dividend of Re 0.05 per equity share (5%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, payment will be made within 30 days from the declaration date. The record date will be communicated in due course. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year.
