Saakshi Medtech and Panels Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

SAAKSHI MEDTECH board approved increasing authorized capital to Rs 25 Cr. They also cleared a preferential issue of 20.23 lakh shares worth ~Rs 41.87 Cr to non-promoters via share swap. An EGM is set for June 2 for shareholder approvals.
