Oberoi Realty Limited — Important, 07-05-2026: Capacity addition

Oberoi Realty, via its consortium, completed the acquisition of Hotel Horizon (HHPL). Oberoi invested Rs 460 Cr for a 49.999% stake, taking management control. This Rs 919.25 Cr deal expands its portfolio and strengthens its position in hospitality.
