Britannia's consolidated sales grew 7.1% to Rs 4,686 Cr for the quarter, with profit up 21.6% to Rs 680 Cr. Annual sales rose 7.5% to Rs 18,858 Cr. E-commerce contributed ~6% domestically. International business faced disruptions from West Asia conflict. A Rs 90.5/share dividend was announced.
