NOCIL has set July 24, 2026, as the record date for dividend eligibility. Shareholders holding shares by then will be considered for the proposed dividend. The 64th Annual General Meeting on August 3, 2026, will seek shareholder approval for this payout. If approved, the dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders on or after August 10, 2026.
