NRB Bearings approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 PAT hit ₹142.75 Cr, Revenue ₹1335.15 Cr. Declared ₹2.25/share interim dividend. Board greenlit ₹37.5 Cr investment in Mahant Tool Room & up to ₹67 Cr in NRB Unitech, plus ₹40 Cr for land expansion targeting 17-25% volume growth.
