Route Mobile posted annual consolidated profit of ₹256.94 Cr on ₹4408.21 Cr revenue. The Board approved a final dividend proposal of ₹2/share. Notably, ₹65 Cr of IPO funds are reallocated to general corporate purposes, and exceptional items of ₹135.87 Cr from vendor write-offs impacted earnings.
