Biocon Limited — Board Meeting, 07-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Biocon announced its audited Q4/FY26 consolidated financial results. FY26 revenue hit Rs. 16,927 Cr, with a net profit of Rs. 368.8 Cr. A Rs. 0.50/share dividend was proposed. The board also approved acquiring the remaining ~2% of Biocon Biologics for Rs. 330.73 Cr, moving towards full integration.
