Borosil Renewables allotted 94,338 equity shares to non-promoter warrant holders (Brescon Ventures, Trinity Credit Management) at Rs 530/share. This conversion brings in ~Rs 5 Cr, increasing the paid-up capital to Rs 14.02 Cr.
