**Vardhman Textiles (VTL)** saw flat Q4 FY26 revenue at 2,441 Cr (-1% YoY), though full-year revenue nudged up 1% to 9,652 Cr. Profit (PAT) for Q4 dipped 22% to 179 Cr, with full-year PAT down 16% to 740 Cr, reflecting margin pressures. Q4 EPS was 6.19 Rs. Yarn production and sales grew 4%, while fabric segments saw slight declines. Yarn contributes 65% of VTL's revenue.

The company is strategically expanding capacity and pushing sustainability. New commercial production started in March FY26 for Processed Fabric (31 MM p.a.) and Technical Textiles (18 MM p.a.). Yarn capacity also increased with 17,000 new spindles. VTL plans to nearly double garment capacity from 2.2 to 4.5 million shirts annually by FY27, investing 125 Cr.

ESG goals are strong: aiming for Net Zero by 2045 and significant reductions in water/waste. These initiatives highlight a clear roadmap for future growth, operational efficiency, and a greener footprint.
