Bondada Engineering Ltd — Important, 08-05-2026: Company Update

Bondada Engineering has received a key Notification of Award from NTPC Green Energy Limited for Balance of System (BOS) works for a 600 MW Solar PV Project in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan. This Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) order, which also includes three years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M), is valued at approximately INR 816.01 Crore. This marks the second order from the NTPC Group, increasing Bondada’s cumulative order inflow to about INR 1,207 Crore and its total Solar EPC order book to approximately 5.3 GWp. This significantly boosts revenue visibility and strengthens the company’s position in the renewable energy sector.
