Intellect Design Arena approved FY26 consolidated results: Revenue Rs 3,038 Cr, Net Profit Rs 343 Cr. The board set a total dividend of Rs 7/share (Rs 4 final + Rs 3 special). Prashant Lalchandani appointed CTO, Krishna Rajaraman to Head Customer Delivery Experience, Vivek Gupta to Chief Customer Officer.
