Ujjivan SFB delivered strong Q4FY26 results with Net Interest Income (NII) surging 26.4% YoY to ₹1,092 Cr. Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a significant 238% YoY rise to ₹282 Cr. The Gross Loan Book (GLB) grew 27% YoY to ₹40,655 Cr, notably boosted by a 44% YoY increase in secured advances, now 49.4% of the total book. Total Deposits expanded 21% YoY to ₹45,668 Cr, maintaining a CASA ratio of 28.6%. Asset quality improved sequentially, with Q4FY26 GNPA/NNPA at 2.3%/0.4%.
The bank’s strategy focuses on loan book diversification and granular deposit growth, supported by digital initiatives and data analytics for better customer engagement and risk management. Recently, RBI acknowledged the bank's loan portfolio diversification. For FY27, management projects advances growth of approximately 25%, with RoA between 1.4-1.5% of Average GLB and credit cost around 1.6%. The bank highlights its strong provisioning and capital buffers.
