Ujjivan Small Finance Bank's Board approved expanding its ESOP pool by 6 Cr options, raising the total to 20.4 Cr. A new RSU Scheme 2026 for 2 Cr RSUs was also approved. Both plans, pending shareholder approval, aim to attract & retain key talent.
