Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited — Updates, 08-05-2026: Press Release

Cholamandalam Financial Holdings (CFHL) announced strong annual consolidated PAT of Rs. 5,485 Cr (up 16%) and total income of Rs. 39,576 Cr (up 18%). Its finance arm, CIFCL, saw AUM rise 21% to Rs. 2,42,630 Cr, with annual PAT up 23% to Rs. 5,220 Cr. The board also proposed a Rs. 1.30/share dividend.
