Swiggy's board approved audited Q4 & FY26 results. FY26 revenue hit ₹ 23,053 Cr. While reporting a ₹ 4,154 Cr loss, total comprehensive loss reduced to ₹ 2,808 Cr (due to ₹ 1,350 Cr Rapido sale gain). Also, ₹ 10,000 Cr raised via QIP and new directors appointed.
